Achievements - Heating

Plomberie Jubinville is proud to have provided reliable and efficient heating solutions for several projects in Place Ville-Marie, which is one of Montreal's tallest skyscrapers. Ranging from the installation of 370,000 ft of radiant piping for the Esplanade to the replacement of an oil-fired generator on the roof to the installation of several pumps and exchangers for the repositioning of PVM; Jubinville Plumbing has demonstrated its professionalism by working closely with the customer to design customized solutions tailored to their requirements.

Lanthier Construction entrusted us with the mandate to develop Fondaction's head office. This project, with an architectural component of a high level of complexity, required rigor and meticulousness on the part of our professional team for the installation of our pipework. The roof distribution supplies seven air treatment units, two chillers and a heat pump for energy efficiency. The entire network is supplied via two mechanical rooms comprising eight pumps, two exchangers and an accumulation tank to limit peaks in electricity consumption.

The City of Montreal entrusted us with the mandate of heritage restoration and the upgrading of Montreal City Hall to LEED standards and certification. The team installed radiant ceilings, thousands of feet of piping for heating and cooling, as well as more than twenty pumps, three plate exchangers, an electric boiler, three water/water heat pumps and hydraulic separators.
Thanks to our expertise and commitment, we have been able to meet the unique challenges of heritage restoration while modernizing heating systems to meet current standards.
